Plaster and Paint

Ok, so It's been a while. But, I have been hard at work when I have the time and here's what's going on:

Got some figures in, some resin ones, to help bulk up the scene of the dio and starting working on them a bit.

So far, these are the guys I have put together. I even finally figured out my dead guy!

Also, redid all the walls, made them all of plaster and they came out awesome (after a few failures). Here's the front of the soon to be destroyed house:

And the music shoppe front and side, drying inside the wooden frame glued down to some clear plastic sheeting (plaster doesn't stick to the clear plastic, easier to pick the walls up without cracking/breaking them):

And the front is dry and looking quite lovely:

Got another little guy in from a little known company, but excellent sculpting and casting of this one, he'll look really nice in the dio:

Finally got the piano from Plus Models built, still needs some paint, but in due time.

and got some paint on the cafe's walls, finally. Love the way the final product of the painting came out. Did a couple coats of Tamiya blue/grey colors and finished off with some layers of really thin Vallejo white to get it lighter and kill some of the gloss from the Tamiya colors.

And got started on the destroyed house interior, cut some mouldings and put down some wallpaper. Added some primer so I can paint the bottom floor over the weekend, hopefully.

So far, so good. Finally gaining momentum!
